Delete your JCCM account
How to ask JCC Management to delete your account in JCCM (the web app at jccm.nyc and the JCCM mobile app) and the data tied to it.
How to ask
- Email support@jccm.dev from the email address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my JCCM account”.
- Include the name of your workspace (your company) so we can find the right account.
- We may reply to confirm the request came from you. We complete deletion within 30 days and email you when it is done.
If your employer invited you, you can also ask your workspace administrator to remove you. That stops you signing in straight away; email us as well if you want your data deleted.
What is deleted
- Your profile: name, email address, phone number and password.
- Receipt photos and the receipt details you entered.
- Location recorded when you clocked out.
- Push notification tokens for your devices, and any Google Calendar connection.
- Comments and attachments you added, or they are anonymised where removing them would break a colleague's record.
What may be kept
Hours worked, timesheets, attendance and payroll records your employer must keep under employment and tax law are kept for as long as that law requires, then deleted. They stay visible only to people in your workspace who manage payroll.
Deleting some data but keeping your account
You can ask us to delete specific information, such as a receipt photo or your clock-out locations, without closing your account. Email support@jccm.dev and tell us what you want removed.
